All orders placed on The Bustle website or in store are final sale. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges.

All orders are non-refundable and cancellations are not allowed since special orders are placed. Shipping dates are approximated and not guaranteed even with a given event date.

Sample gowns and accessoreis purchased from The Bustle's online boutique are non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, and are purchased as is.

Sample Accessories 3-5 days

You will be contacted via email once your items are ready for In-store pick up. If you opted for shipping, tracking information will be sent via email once your item has shipped. All items are sent via UPS or FedEx ground shipping with an adult signature required. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

The Bustle is not responsible for changes in measurements due to weight loss, weight gain, pregnancy, measurements taken elsewhere, etc. The Bustle is not responsible for dye lot variations. Alterations are not included in the price of the gown. If the wedding is canceled, there will be no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
